VISION
DTX is the result of a collaboration between two companies: DITTO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DITTO) and TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Co., Ltd. (TEAMG). DITTO specializes in information technology and digital data integration with over 10 years of experience in the field, while TEAMG has over 40 years of experience in engineering design and consulting services. DTX is a combination of their knowledge, expertise, and experience, presenting a new dimension of digital business services.

DIGITAL TWIN
/ BIM
DTX provides Digital Twin services for property asset management, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of an organization's resources, including physical assets, people, and finances.
We create Digital Twins based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which is a database of 3D models with accompanying data. These models are linked with various IoT devices and displayed on a dashboard, providing key analysis for executives. DTX also incorporates Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to streamline and improve work processes.
With DTX's Digital Twin services, managers and asset owners can track and monitor the status of their assets at every stage, facilitating effective and timely management and maintenance of their assets without missing any important information.

In December 2022, DTX acquired assets of Asset Activator, a company that specializes in Digital Twin software technology with the ability to use Digital Twin and BIM to expand services and market share in the office building, mixed-use building, hotel, and infrastructure sectors within the country.
